METALLIC GHOSTS presents The Pleasure Centre, a sonic tour through the world's largest mall circa 2026. It was commissioned by the mall's parent company via time-machine (invented 2018), and after a 30-page liability contract, Metallic Ghosts was given the opportunity to be one of the first people from the past to witness the future, (though The Pleasure Centre Corporation would not allow him to leave the mall because of the contract). Stipulations in the contract also stated that the album were to be released in 2013, because the centre itself was actually inspired by this album, historically speaking. In order to fulfill obligations of the space-time continuum, the music was to be inspired by the centre circa 2026, but using the sound palette available in 2013, placing the album slated to gain incredible popularity in the Post-internet, CD revival of 2019.
I am able to tell you this story because the album inspires the megamall which inspires finally, the end of the Global Currency Reformatting (Neopoints), the transition back, finally, to the great commercial society that we once were, which inspires the album.... The causal loop must be complete.
